How to Earn your $200 Giftcard;
1.    Complete an online conference enquiry form for any new conferences enquiries during June, July, August 2009 with an anticipated value of $2000 or more
2.    Book and confirm your conference and to the value of $2000 or more to be held before 1 July 2010
3.    Pay your conference deposit to the hotel in full
4.    Your Constellation Giftcard will be issued on the day the conference begins or will be mailed on that day if you are not attending the event
